Expenses

When undertaking work for Solutions 4 Health there may be instances when you incur expenses, and there are a number of processes in place to help you avoid being out of pocket for costs incurred as part of your work.

We operate four principles that underpin all Solutions 4 Health expense claims:

  • Value for money is achieved
  • Expenses should only be used when it is not possible and/or practical for Solutions 4 Health to pay for the goods or services directly
  • Costs incurred are for business purposes only, and the individual does not receive personal benefit
  • Only actual and evidenced claims are made
